CAFE DE'LAN - SECTOR 104, NOIDA

My first visit here was around Christmas time last year – where I was delighted to have the first mulled wine of the season under the sky. Even though the outdoor area is extremely small (like a long balcony), they have uniquely crafted their roof to open to the sky when the weather is conducive – in the winters to soak the sun, in the spring to enjoy the weather – like the sunroof of the car.

The next visit followed soon after with family and kids and I was pleasantly grateful to the

hostess for giving us a family table near the kid’s zone. If you are looking for a family outing to keep your kids engaged & away from the phone while you get to enjoy your meal – this place does ample justice. They have a small corner with games & activities, two walls – one with magnetic letters to arrange & a blackboard wall to scribble your heart out.

The food menu is diverse – European, Italian, Modern Indian, Continental, Oriental – you will find something to suit everyone’s taste buds. The chef has created a unique fusion way of blending; serving simple flavours – try the paneer tikka masala or the bruschetta with a balsamic reduction. Breakfast is served from 8 to 11.30 a.m. and happy hours are there on weekday evenings from 5 to 7 pm.

There’s a live band that plays every Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. The staff is also extremely pleasant and would guide you well. The place is beautifully designed to bring in a burst of colours and liveliness. De’lan in Persian refers to something that will own your heart. Try it out for yourself to see.
