2. Holotropic Breathwork: this intense breathing practice, which involves rapid and deep breathing to induce altered states of consciousness. It’s often used for psychological healing and self-exploration.


3. Pranayama: there are various pranayama techniques from yoga, which involve controlled breath patterns to improve physical and mental well-being.


4. Wim Hof Method: This method combines specific breathing techniques, cold exposure, and mindset to enhance physical performance, reduce stress, and boost the immune system.
