BURASH
A Mediterranean Restaurant Reminiscent of the Balmy, Breezy Days of Santorini

Burash is a Mediterranean restaurant that believes in the simplicity of cooking with
wholesome ingredients. Nestled in a place away from the hustle & bustle of the city in
Sector 132, it has a come up with a good concept of good food with fun along.
Thanks to a minimalistic cooking philosophy, the simplicity of a few good ingredients
shines through amazing cooking techniques in every dish at Burash. The restaurant
features lesser-known and local ingredients like the fiery red Burash flower, sorghum
millets, buckwheat flour, and other Indian superfoods. Add a Mediterranean twist to
these ingredients, and you get a burst of flavours teasing your palate. From sauces that
are prepped in-house to cocktails made with freshly muddled fruits, there is a touch of
euphoria in everything served at Burash. The portion sizes may appear to be small as
compared to the cost – but the quality & sourcing of ingredients covers it up.
For families with kids be it infants, toddlers, or teenagers – you can engage them at
Hoppers the play area around or Climb City – both of which are in the same complex.
With the warm ambience and cosy setting, there is also a homely aura attached to it.
Chef Rishabh has trained and worked at prestigious places like the Imperial, Olive Bar &
Kitchen, The Grammar Room among others. The concept of dining with climb city & play
area is co-owned and brought by Prateek Jain.
