Ladies Club Explores the Spiritual Side of the Audience The 15 A Chronicles' Desk

Ladies Club has never failed to entertain their audience with resplendent events one after the other. With the last blast that they did with ‘Kids Extravaganza’ it is appropriate to say that the executive committee has a sublime taste and puts in extra effort to organise the events.

In July, they came up with a talk on Bhagwad Gita, titled ‘Tat Tvam Asi - Unlocking your true self and finding answers within by Sri Anish Rakheja’. Apart from having a commendable command of religious texts, he is also an Acharya in Astrology, a career mentor and a leadership coach, who also takes Vedanta classes for Indian and International audiences. After spending more than three decades in the corporate world, he now runs his own Leadership grooming and career mentoring firm in Noida.

The event took off with President Shivani Chaturvedi welcoming the audience and giving an introduction to the program and the esteemed speaker. His welcome was done with a bouquet and a shawl by Treasurer, Aruna Jethi and executive committee member, Swarn Madan. The entire program was conceptualised by Nitu Srivastava, along with other committee members.

From there, Anish Rakheja, who is a resident of the sector, took over. His talk deeply engrossed the ladies and introduced them to the concepts of consciousness and Vedanta. He engaged the audience so much that the event got extended because of the question-answer round. Ladies were left stunned by his sublime knowledge and spectacular philosophical concepts.

A vote of thanks was done by the Vice President, Manjula Jain, and following this, a sumptuous spread was laid, which included Bedmi, Aaloo ki sabzi, sitaphal ki sabzi, methi ki chutni, and moong dal halwa.
