The New RWA & Club Executive Committee (EC & CMC)

As we are all aware that two new committees have taken over the RWA and the Club Management responsibilities. The elections held on 30th April & 7th May, 2023 brought the new teams with significant wins. Soon thereafter, the two teams segued into their respective tasks. As WhatsApp has become the primary source of circulating information, the RWA team organised the multiple sector groups into one announcement group. This one-way group has eased the flow of information from the office-bearers to the residents.

Apart from that, the RWA team was also reported having taken up the task of the elevated road over the Shahdara drain. The RWA met Dr Mahesh Sharma, who will take up the

matter with the concerned departments of Central and State governments so that the work is re-started at the earliest without further delay.

Another task taken up by the RWA is of the vaccination of stray dogs, which has been a very concerning issue in the sector. Residents have been blaring on WhatsApp groups seeking a

solution and hopefully, the current RWA committee will work on the same.

The CMC has also announced its subcommittees to make its work more organised. We are looking forward to commendable work from the two teams in the coming times. Wishing them a fruitful and bright tenure ahead!
